# Suitcase Carry (Dumbbell)

## How to do it

1. Pick up one dumbbell and hold it at your side with a tight grip, palm toward your body.
2. Stand tall with your back straight and your shoulders level.
3. Walk in a straight line with short, even steps.
4. Turn around at the end and walk back, then switch hands and repeat on the other side.
