# Elliptical Machine

## How to do it

1. Face the console, step onto the nearest pedal while holding the handle, then bring your other foot onto the second pedal.
2. Stand tall with your feet near the center of the pedals and your toes pointing straight ahead.
3. Start pedaling forward, pushing the pedals through a smooth oval.
4. Hold the handles lightly and push and pull them evenly as your legs move.
5. Keep a steady pace, looking straight ahead, and set the resistance so you can keep a consistent stride.
6. Slow to a full stop before you step off.
