## How to do it

1. Set a pad on the floor a few inches from a wall, with your hands shoulder width or slightly wider on either side of it. This is an advanced move.
2. Kick up into a handstand against the wall, heels lightly resting on it.
3. Brace your core and press your legs together.
4. Lower your head toward the pad with your elbows angled in, so your head lands nearer the wall than your hands.
5. Press back up until your arms are straight.

## Key cues

- Heels lightly on the wall
- Core tight, legs together
- Elbows in, not flared
- Head lands closer to the wall than your hands
- Press to straight arms

## Common mistakes

- Letting your elbows flare out
- Letting your core and legs go loose
- Fixing your eyes on the floor as you kick up
- Landing your head farther from the wall than your hands

## Muscles worked

- Primary: Front delts and triceps
- Secondary: Side delts, traps, chest and abs

## Equipment
