## How to do it

1. Stand with your feet about hip-width apart and hold a light kettlebell by the top of the handle, bell upside down, with your free hand on your hip.
2. Curl the bell up so it stacks on your forearm, handle deep in your palm, elbow just outside your ribs and a little in front of your torso.
3. Tighten your whole body from your feet to the bell and squeeze the handle hard.
4. Press straight up until your arm is straight and your elbow is locked, with the bell directly over your shoulder.
5. Lower slowly by pulling your elbow back down toward your ribs, forearm staying vertical.
6. Finish your reps, then switch sides.
