# Halo (Kettlebell)

> A slow circle of a kettlebell around your head that builds shoulder mobility and control while bracing your core.

## How to do it

1. Stand with feet about hip width apart and hold a kettlebell upside down by the horns in front of your chest.
2. Tighten your glutes and brace your core with your ribs down.
3. Circle the bell slowly around your head, keeping it close.
4. Finish the circle, then reverse the direction.

- Letting the ribs flare
- Moving the head to dodge the bell
- Letting the bell drift away from your head
- Rushing the circle
