# Russian Twist (Kettlebell)

## How to do it

1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground.
2. Hold a kettlebell by the horns in front of your chest, bell down and tipped slightly forward.
3. Lean back a little with a straight back and your core braced.
4. Turn your torso to one side and bring the kettlebell toward your hip.
5. Come back through the center and turn to the other side, alternating sides for the whole set.

- Rounding your back as you lean back
