# Landmine Rotation

> A standing rotation with a landmine bar held in both hands that trains your obliques and abs.

## How to do it

1. Set a barbell in a landmine attachment and stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder width.
2. Hold the end of the bar in both hands with your arms straight in front of you.
3. Rotate your hips and torso to one side, lowering the bar toward the outside of your hip.
4. Rotate across to the other side and keep alternating.

## Common mistakes

- Bending the arms instead of keeping them straight
- Swinging the bar with arms alone instead of turning the hips and torso
