## How to do it

1. Grab the parallel handles with your palms facing each other.
2. Hang with your arms fully extended and your feet off the floor.
3. Pull until your chin is over the handles, keeping your chest up.
4. Lower under control to a full hang.

## Key cues

- Palms facing each other
- Start from a dead hang
- Chest up
- Elbows drive down
- Chin over the handles

## Common mistakes

- Stopping short of full arm extension at the bottom
- Pulling only partway so the chin stays below the handles
- Dropping down instead of lowering with control

## Muscles worked

- Primary: Lats
- Secondary: Biceps, rear delts and forearms

## Equipment

Pull-up bar with neutral grip handles.
