# Reverse Curl (Barbell)

## How to do it

1. Stand tall holding a barbell with an overhand grip, hands about shoulder width, arms hanging at your sides.
2. Keep your elbows tucked at your sides and your wrists straight.
3. Curl the bar toward your chest and shoulders.
4. Lower slowly back to straight arms.
