# Reverse Wrist Curl (Barbell)

> A seated barbell curl with your palms down that works the muscles on the top of your forearms.

## How to do it

1. Sit on a bench and hold a barbell with your palms down, hands about shoulder width apart.
2. Rest your forearms on your thighs with your wrists hanging over your knees.
3. Curl your knuckles up toward your face, lifting the bar with your wrists.
4. Pause briefly at the top.
5. Lower the bar slowly back to the start.

- Cutting the range of motion short
- Lifting the forearms off the thighs
- Rocking the torso to move the bar
