# FitNessie > FitNessie is a lifting log for iPhone and Apple Watch: start a routine on either device, log sets with a rest timer on your wrist and Lock Screen, keep warm-ups out of your numbers, and see each lift's estimated max back to your first session. It isn't on the App Store yet. This site has free lifting programs laid out week by week with how each lift progresses, and an exercise library with a looping demo, steps, form cues, common mistakes, muscles worked and cited references for each lift. In the app, an optional connector lets Claude or ChatGPT read your routines, workouts and history and create or edit routines and log workouts for you; it's off until you turn it on. Each page below also has a plain-markdown version at the same path plus `index.md`.
