Chest Press (Cable)

A standing cable press with a handle in each hand, pushing forward from beside your chest to train your chest, front delts and triceps.

How to do it

  1. Set both pulleys just above shoulder height and grip a handle in each hand, palms down.
  2. Step forward between the towers and lean slightly forward.
  3. Brace your core and start with the handles at chest height, elbows just below your shoulders.
  4. Press the handles forward until your arms are fully extended, keeping them in front of your shoulders.
  5. Bring the handles back to the start with control.
