How to do it
- Attach a rope to a high pulley and kneel a few feet back from the stack, facing it.
- Hold the rope ends beside your head.
- Keep your hips still and crunch by curling your ribs toward your pelvis.
- Bring your elbows down toward your knees.
- Return to the start under control.
