How to do it
- Attach a handle to the lowest pulley and stand side-on to the stack, feet about shoulder width, knees slightly bent.
- Hinge slightly to grip the handle with both hands and step away to take up the slack.
- Sweep the handle diagonally up and across your body with nearly straight arms, turning your torso and pivoting your back foot.
- Finish with your hands at about shoulder or head height, standing tall.
- Lower back under control, finish your reps, then turn around to work the other side.

- Bending the arms and pulling with them instead of turning
- Moving only the arms while the torso stays square
