How to do it
- Attach a V-bar, sit with your thighs under the pad and take the handles.
- Lean back a little, lift your chest and start with nearly straight arms.
- Pull the handles below your chin to your upper chest, keeping your elbows close to your torso.
- Return to straight arms with control.
