How to do it
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.
- Place your hands beside or behind your head with your elbows wide.
- Lift your shoulders off the floor and twist so one elbow travels toward the opposite knee.
- Pause briefly at the top, then lower with control.
- Repeat to the other side, alternating or finishing one side before switching.
