How to do it
- Get into a plank and bring your hands together under your chest, thumbs and index fingers touching in a diamond.
- Brace your abs so your body forms one straight line from head to feet.
- Lower with your elbows tucked close to your torso until your chest nearly touches your hands.
- Press back up to straight arms.
