How to do it
- Face the console, step onto the nearest pedal while holding the handle, then bring your other foot onto the second pedal.
- Stand tall with your feet near the center of the pedals and your toes pointing straight ahead.
- Start pedaling forward, pushing the pedals through a smooth oval.
- Hold the handles lightly and push and pull them evenly as your legs move.
- Keep a steady pace, looking straight ahead, and set the resistance so you can keep a consistent stride.
- Slow to a full stop before you step off.
