How to do it
- Stand with your feet hip width apart, holding an EZ bar underhand on the angled sections.
- Keep your elbows close to your sides and your upper body still.
- Curl the bar up toward your shoulders.
- Pause briefly at the top, then lower the bar slowly to straight arms.
