How to do it
- Place your hands on a sturdy bench slightly wider than shoulder width and walk your feet back.
- Brace your abs so your body is one straight line from head to heels.
- Lower with your elbows at about 45 degrees until your chest nearly touches the bench.
- Press back up to straight arms.
