Jumping Jack

A quick full-body hop where your feet go wide and your arms sweep overhead, raising your heart rate and warming up your legs.

How to do it

  1. Stand tall with your feet together and your arms at your sides.
  2. Jump your feet out wide while sweeping your arms overhead together.
  3. Land softly, then jump back to feet together with your arms down.
  4. Repeat with small, quick hops.
