How to do it
- Stand with your feet about hip-width apart and hold a light kettlebell by the top of the handle, bell upside down, with your free hand on your hip.
- Curl the bell up so it stacks on your forearm, handle deep in your palm, elbow just outside your ribs and a little in front of your torso.
- Tighten your whole body from your feet to the bell and squeeze the handle hard.
- Press straight up until your arm is straight and your elbow is locked, with the bell directly over your shoulder.
- Lower slowly by pulling your elbow back down toward your ribs, forearm staying vertical.
- Finish your reps, then switch sides.
