How to do it
- Stand with a wide stance and the kettlebell on the floor about a foot and a half in front of you, then grip the handle with one hand.
- Hike the bell back between your legs with a flat back.
- Stand up explosively and guide the bell close to your body, then punch your hand through into the rack at your shoulder with the elbow by your ribs.
- Press until your arm is fully straight with your upper arm by your ear.
- Reverse the path, bringing the bell back through the rack to the floor, and repeat. Switch hands to work the other side.
