How to do it
- Stand with your feet shoulder width or a little wider, toes slightly out.
- Hold a kettlebell upside down by the horns at chest height, elbows down by your ribs.
- Brace your core and squat as deep as you can, with your hips below your knees.
- Drive through your heels to stand.
