How to do it
- Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder width, holding the kettlebells in the rack at your shoulders.
- Take a breath and brace your core lightly.
- Press the bells up until your arms are straight and your upper arms are by your ears.
- Lower the bells back to the rack under control.
