How to do it
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground.
- Hold a kettlebell by the horns in front of your chest, bell down and tipped slightly forward.
- Lean back a little with a straight back and your core braced.
- Turn your torso to one side and bring the kettlebell toward your hip.
- Come back through the center and turn to the other side, alternating sides for the whole set.
