How to do it
- Set a barbell in a landmine attachment and stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder width.
- Hold the end of the bar in both hands with your arms straight in front of you.
- Rotate your hips and torso to one side, lowering the bar toward the outside of your hip.
- Rotate across to the other side and keep alternating.
