Leg Raise

A floor exercise where you lift straight legs up and lower them under control to train your abs and hip flexors.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with your arms by your sides and your palms on the floor.
  2. Lift your straight legs until they point straight up.
  3. Lower them with control until your heels are just above the floor.
  4. Raise them again without letting your feet rest.
