How to do it
- Set both pulleys to the lowest setting and take a handle in each hand.
- Step forward into a staggered stance with a slight hinge at the hips and your arms down and out toward the pulleys.
- With a soft, fixed bend in your elbows, sweep the handles up and together in front of your chest.
- Squeeze briefly, then lower back with control.
