How to do it
- Sit with your back and hips against the pads and place the balls of your feet on the plate, heels hanging off the bottom.
- Set your feet about hip width apart with a slight bend in your knees.
- Push the plate by extending your ankles as far as you can.
- Lower slowly into a full calf stretch.
