How to do it
- Set the back pad at 30 to 45 degrees and the seat so the handles line up just below your collarbones.
- Sit with your head, shoulders and hips on the pads and pull your shoulder blades back and down.
- Press the handles up and forward to nearly straight arms.
- Lower until your upper chest stretches, keeping your elbows about 45 degrees from your torso.
