Preacher Curl (Barbell)

A seated curl with your upper arms braced on a pad that isolates the biceps.

How to do it

  1. Sit at a preacher bench with your armpits at the top of the pad and the backs of your upper arms flat on it.
  2. Take an underhand grip on the curl bar.
  3. Curl the bar up toward your shoulders and squeeze.
  4. Lower slowly until your arms are nearly straight.
