How to do it
- Sit on a bench and hold a barbell with your palms down, hands about shoulder width apart.
- Rest your forearms on your thighs with your wrists hanging over your knees.
- Curl your knuckles up toward your face, lifting the bar with your wrists.
- Pause briefly at the top.
- Lower the bar slowly back to the start.
