Side Plank

A forearm hold on your side that trains your obliques to keep your body in one straight line.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your side with your forearm on the floor and your elbow directly under your shoulder.
  2. Stack your feet or stagger them.
  3. Lift your hips so your body forms a straight line from head to feet.
  4. Hold, breathing steadily.
