Skater Jump

A lateral bound from one leg to the other, landing in a squat, that builds side-to-side power in your quads, hamstrings and glutes.

Bodyweight · Quads, hamstrings · Full body

How to do it

  1. Stand on one leg in a shallow squat with the other leg bent and held behind you.
  2. Jump sideways as far as you can, off the standing leg.
  3. Land on the opposite leg in a squat, with your free leg behind you.
  4. Hold the landing, balanced over your foot, then reset.
  5. Bound back to the starting side and keep alternating.
