Reverse Curl (Cable)

A standing cable reverse curl with an overhand grip that works your biceps and the forearm muscles that drive your grip.

Cable · Biceps, forearms · Isolation

How to do it

  1. Attach a straight bar to the low pulley and grip it overhand, hands about shoulder width.
  2. Stand upright with your elbows at your sides and your wrists straight.
  3. Bend your elbows to curl the bar toward your chest and shoulders.
  4. Squeeze at the top without letting your upper arms travel back.
  5. Lower slowly, keeping a little tension at the bottom.
