How to do it
- Stand tall holding a barbell with an overhand grip, hands about shoulder width, arms hanging at your sides.
- Keep your elbows tucked at your sides and your wrists straight.
- Curl the bar toward your chest and shoulders.
- Lower slowly back to straight arms.
