How to do it
- Step under the shoulder pads and stand upright with the balls of your feet on the step edge, about hip width apart.
- Keep your legs straight, knees not locked.
- Lower your heels below the step into a stretch.
- Rise onto your toes as high as you can and hold briefly.
- Lower under control.
